Job Summary Description:
- The Business Development Manager/Strategy Manager is a key position within the organization; working closely with senior management, the individual will be primarily responsible for growing the business by developing relationships with suitable clients and partners. This person will expand the company’s operational footprint by identifying and evaluating current and future property launches and supporting new market strategy. They will analyze and assess potential sites, manage real estate brokers, and be a thought leader of the company for inter-market expansion and new market launches.
Job Tasks:
- Develop & implement all necessary sales strategy.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Sales Plan & Strategy Suitable for the client.
Qualifications:
- Experience within UAE � Commercial/Residential Real Estate is the top priority � lease negotiation and existing network of contacts
- Degree Qualification
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, commercially orientated
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
- Creative talents, innovative self- starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough problems.
- Must be flexible in working hours.
- Considerable knowledge of Acquisitions practices, strategy development, and financial.
- Must have a strong background and understanding of the real estate industry.
- Experienced negotiator with the ability to manage conflict and negotiate to resolution.
Salary: AED 18,000 /- + Benefits (Visa, health insurance provided)
